Refund Policy

Organexa Clean provides digital and online consulting services. Because our services require time, planning, preparation, and personalized work, refunds are limited. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.

Overview

Our services are delivered remotely and are personalized to each client. Much of the value is created before a plan is delivered, through assessment, planning, and preparation. For this reason, refunds are only available in specific circumstances described below.

Refunds Before Work Begins

A refund may be requested only before work on the service has started. If you have booked a service and wish to cancel before any assessment, planning, or preparation has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid.

To be eligible, your request should be made promptly and before we have started working on your plan or consultation.

Once Work Has Started or Been Delivered

Once a consultation, digital plan, guide, recommendation list, or personalized organization service has begun or has been delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable. This reflects the time and personalized effort already invested in your service.

Missed or Rescheduled Consultations

If you miss a scheduled online consultation, the session may be rescheduled one time if the request is made within a reasonable time. Missed appointments without notice may not qualify for a refund or a free reschedule.

We ask clients to give as much notice as possible if they need to change a scheduled session, so that we can offer the time to others.

Issues on Our Side

If we are unable to provide the purchased service due to an issue on our side, we may offer a reschedule, a replacement service, a service credit, or a refund. We will work with you to find a fair resolution in these situations.

Digital Products and Completed Work

Digital products, downloadable guides, personalized plans, checklists, and completed recommendations are non-refundable once delivered. Because these items are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned, they are treated as final once provided.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must include the client's name, order details, and the reason for the request. Providing complete information helps us review your request quickly and fairly.

Processing

Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We will keep you informed once a decision has been made on your request.
