Because our services are personalized and prepared in advance, the way a cancellation is handled depends on whether preparation work has already started. Please review the sections below before requesting a cancellation.
Cancelling or Rescheduling a Consultation
Clients may cancel or reschedule an online consultation by contacting Organexa Clean before the scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests to move a session to a more convenient time.
Cancellations Before Preparation Has Started
If a cancellation is requested before preparation work has started, the client may be eligible for a refund or service credit in line with our Refund Policy. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to offer a full resolution.
Cancellations After Preparation Has Started
If preparation work has already started, the service may no longer be refundable, because time and personalized effort have already been invested. In these cases we may offer a partial credit at our discretion, depending on how much work has been completed.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
For scheduled virtual consultations, clients should request changes as early as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of the session. We recommend adding your appointment to your calendar and joining a few minutes early.
Rescheduling by Organexa Clean
If Organexa Clean needs to reschedule a consultation due to availability, technical issues, or unexpected circumstances, the client will be offered a new appointment time. We will give as much notice as possible if this happens.
Custom Plans and Coaching
Custom digital plans, decluttering plans, closet guides, pantry organization plans, garage planning, and room-by-room coaching services cannot be canceled once work has started. These services involve personalized preparation that begins as soon as your plan is underway.
